Our Programs
We are anxiously anticipating the start of our 2022 summer programs next week! Remember we’ve moved locations! You can now find us just south of Beavermead Beach!
Since opening our registration we have had some feedback regarding our pricing. In an attempt to make our programs more accessible we have lowered our price. We are always open to feedback from the the people of Peterborough and hope to continue to strengthen our relationship with the community!
Hello Peterborough! In order to improve our programs we have decided to take extra time to finalize our programming and new location. Our new date for registration is March 31st, 2022. We apologize for the change in dates and glad we have so much interest!
This event recognizes the grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation’s COVID Resiliency Fund which has helped the Peterborough Canoe and Kayak Club maintain COVID protocols throughout the paddling season. Paddlers will be on the water at noon, demonstrating their skills, followed by brief presentations.
As the Olympics wrap up in Tokyo we wanted to congratulate all the Canadian paddlers that represented our country at the world stage. We were all rooting for you here in Peterborough

PCKC is excited to begin our season in a few weeks. We have received a record amount of registration and look forward to being on Little Lake again! Let’s all make sure we are being safe when enjoying Peterborough’s waterways. Always wear a PDF and keep an eye on the weather! Paddles Up!!
After being forced to cancel last summers programming due to COVID-19, Peterborough Canoe & Kayak Club is back to business with an array of programming for all ability levels. All the information can be found on our website along with a link to our new registration system!
Last Sunday members of PCKC visited the Peterborough Sports & Wellness Centre to get a jumpstart on this years paddling season. Our head coach, U16 paddler Zander and Masters Paddler Tessa joined Michelle and shared what our sport is all about. They even gave her some tips to improve her paddling skills!
Nothing beats the feeling of being out on the water on a warm summer morning. This is something paddlers look forward to, especially in the depth of winter. Despite the tough decision we had to make in 2020, we are now looking forward to next summer and building on the momentum we had coming out…
